IntePros is seeking a Laboratory Assistant to join our global biopharmaceutical client's team. This role supports critical laboratory operations, ensuring accurate sample handling, testing preparation, and adherence to regulatory standards in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive, log, and prepare samples using automated systems; manage refrigerated and frozen sample storage and retrieval
  • Track and reconcile donor samples throughout the full testing lifecycle
  • Assist laboratory staff with test preparation and general lab support activities
  • Operate and troubleshoot laboratory instrumentation; utilize inventory systems to monitor sample status
  • Maintain compliance with cGMP and all regulatory standards
  • Follow all Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) policies and ensure proper biohazard disposal
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to leadership
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment
  • Participate in ongoing training and continuous learning initiatives
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Basic computer skills required
  • Prior laboratory or sample-handling experience preferred
